"Voice" is a problem with self-produced animation

 

自主制作アニメを作るときって、皆キャラクターの声ってどうしているんだろう？
誰かに声優みたいなことしてもらうのかな？

How do people who make self-produced animations make the voices of the characters?

I'm always in trouble with it.

It may be fine if you make an anime without dialogue, but it is difficult to make a story without conversation because there are many characters in the animation I am making now (;'∀')

I used to use voice synthesis software like Hatsune Miku, but since the intonation is not fixed and the lines are pronounced strangely, in some cases serious scenes may look like comedy, so I stopped using it. 

For now, I'm going to express the lines with subtitles, but I'd like to make a voice if possible, so if I find a good plan, I'd like to do it as soon as possible
